Software Engineering Instructor
Instructing, training, and coaching cohorts of non-college career starters were completing software engineering apprenticeships with companies such as Google, AMEX, Warner Music Group, Expedia, and Clover.
CS/Delivery Alignment program
Assumed key position and ownership in the CS/Delivery pilot program to better associate apprentice outcomes with manager feedback. This includes creating delivery lessons and all materials for updated Software Engineering projects, and delivery sessions for apprentices.
PD Series - Java/Spring Boot
Created and delivered an internal professional development series for Software Engineering delivery team on creating REST APIs and best-practices using Java/Spring Boot.
Managing Apprentice Data
In conjunction with Data and Insights team, owned and developed section of internal weekly coaches memo to instruct, guide, and support in effectively complying with and managing apprentice data maintenance and reporting.
